About
Partnerships Advancing Community Enterprises (PACE) was founded in January 2019 and is a social services organization serving Macon, GA. PACE is focused on the betterment on the community by addressing economic shortcomings and barriers to economic advancement. PACE recognizes that is no one magic bullet will solve all the problems of this community. It will take effort on several fronts, over a lengthy time and all concerned parties will need to participate. But job one is economic empowerment.
Our vision is to create a neighborhood, using all resources and partners in our community, that is economically viable, growing and encouraging of the development of youth here. A safe place of “One America” in Macon.
Mission
Our mission is to implement broad-based corrective measures designed to eliminate concentrated poverty by addressing individual and structural barriers to economic progress. These broad-based measures will concentrate on the economically deprived and educationally challenged community crossing the spectrum of community needs whether for the individual or the neighborhood.
Board Members
The Board of Directors of PACE is comprised of individuals who are well rooted in Macon and
the Middle Georgia area.
Robert Manning
Robert Manning lives in Monticello and has retired and is now devoting time to his construction business, daycare business and efforts to improve Monticello and Macon.
Rev. Harold Crafter
Rev Harold Crafter, ordained minister and owner of insurance agency is committed to improving shortcomings in the minority community in Macon and the 31206 zip code.
Carl G. Fambro
Carl G Fambro Sr has owned and operated Francar’s Buffalo Wings since 1993. Now located in Mercer Village at the Mercer Campus he is committed to making a difference in 31206.
Charles Gibson
Charles (Peter) Gibson was born in Byron (Peach) County Ga. He now resides in Gray(Jones County) GA. Pastor Gibson graduated from Mercer University with a degree in Communications and Christianity in Macon GA. Pastor Gibson received his ministry degree from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville Kentucky. He is currently the chaplain of First Baptist Byron Hospice. He and his wife have three children.
Kwatoria Bryant
Kwatoria Bryant was born and raised in Macon, GA. She is the proud wife of Antonio Bryant, Sr. and mother of Antonio Bryant, Jr. Her hobbies include spending time with family and friends, giving back to the community, reading, and writing. She is a business owner, author, inspirational speaker, and mentor. Her passion is to provide youth and young adults with the necessary tools to pursue their goals and dreams.
Pastor Clifford Little
Pastor Clifford Little has strong Middle Georgia ties as he graduated from Jeffersonville High School in 1967 and attended Ft Valley from 1967- 1969. He was ordained in 1988 by Friendship Baptist Church of Conway S. C. He is an USAF retiree with an A.A. S. Degree in Logistics and an A. S. in Business Administration. He is former President of the Evangelical Ministers Alliance of Macon Georgia & Vicinity and the Baptist Ministers Union of Macon & Vicinity. He is married to Evangelist Shirley J Little and they have two sons, Emmanuel and Timothy. In August 1999, under Pastor’s Little’s leadership, the church relocated to 5310 Bloomfield Rd.
